Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation and Return Policy for EXOFIT 

Cancellation before Delivery (Only effective on orders placed and delivered in India): 

If your order from EXOFIT ( www.exofit.co.in  an ecommerce  website of Fitness Dojo Private Limited)  has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel it by contacting our customer support team at info@exofit.co.in or calling us at 9541822670 (Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday, 12 AM to 3 PM). Your order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed to you within 24-48 business hours after we handle the cancellation request. 

If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, you can still request a cancellation. The refund will be initiated once the products are received back and confirmed at our warehouse. 

For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours, with an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect. 

For cash on delivery transactions, a bank transfer will be initiated against the refund amount, following the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours after we receive the products back, with an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through EXOFIT coupons, which can be used for future purchases.

Refund within 24-48 business hours. 
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds: 

Indian Order 

Return/exchange within 15 days of receipt. 
Contact info@exofit.co.in with order ID and reason. 
Products must be in original packaging. 
Damaged or wrong items can be returned within 15 days. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Return damaged/faulty/expired/wrong products in original packaging. 
Refund includes customs duties paid. 
Unavailability of stock may result in full refund. 

Misused or altered products. 
Items without original packaging, price tags, labels. 
Tampered serial numbers. 
Products not under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty. 
Return requests after 15 business days. 
Free products from promotions. 
Modified goods (e.g., eyeliners) and personal care appliances. 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items 

  • Contactinfo@exofit.co.in within 15 days. 
  • Provide order ID, details, and images. 
  • Refund or replacement upon product return. 

 

Return of Free Gifts 

Free gift must be returned with the original product. 

Partial Order Returns 

Allowed, but all components must be returned. 

Refund Process 

  • Refund processed upon product return. 
  • Credit/debit card or net banking refunds in 24-48 hours. 
  • Cash on delivery refunds via bank transfer in 24-48 hours.
